Urgent Notice to Primary Care Niagara Patients

Due to strong government and Public Health recommendations for isolation as a
control measure during this pandemic, Primary Care Niagara will close to routine
face to face Patient visits until further notice.

We will receive Fax requests from pharmacies (at 905-371-1888) for routine
medication renewals and we will respond within 48 hours. Please start the
medication refill process with pharmacies 2 weeks before running out of
medications.

During this difficult time, we are making ourselves available for telephone
appointments to handle your medical concerns. To access this service, please leave a brief message on our clinic voice mail with your name, phone number and your medical concern at 905-371-1881, by pressing option 3 and then 1. Please allow up to one weekday for call back. Calls will be typically returned on weekday mornings or early afternoons.

If you have minor symptoms please stay at home and prudently isolate. If you have
severe symptoms proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room for assessment.

Please keep safe and healthy.
