Given directives from the Ministry of Health, we will reopen Primary Care Niagara for patient visits and return to full medical care as of Monday, June 22, 2020. All appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and disinfecting practices will be in place. You are required to wear masks when you come to the clinic. Please register at the reception and instructions will be given to wait outside or in your car. You will be ushered directly into an exam room to maintain prudent distancing.
The Clinic will be open Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. We will expand back to regular hours in the coming weeks. Please monitor this site for expanding hours of service.
Once again you are able to register in person or through our fastwebcheckin.com online portal.
As of Monday June 22, 2020 we will return to our regular policy of not renewing meds by phone or fax. Please remember to bring a Prescription Preauthorization Renewal Request from your pharmacy as this helps double check and avoid medication errors. To maintain standard of excellent care guidelines, our patients will be reviewed periodically and medication renewed/adjusted as medically indicated.
Working with you to keep you stay safe and healthy.
